Scott uses his in-depth market knowledge to advise on commercial property and lease consultancy matters, in disposing of and acquiring new units on behalf of clients.
Working predominantly on industrial disposals and providing investment advice for a number of clients, from owner-occupier to pension funds.
In 2014, 2016 and 2017, Scott scooped the Most Active Agent award for Nottingham in EGi’s regional competition, having undertaken a range of transactions from 750 to 154,000 sq. ft on behalf of local and national clients.
A keen sportsman, Scott balances playing regular squash for Southwell with competitive running. He is a keen skier, with several winter seasons in France and New Zealand under his belt. When he gets the time, he also tries to reduce his golf handicap.
