Peter leads the agency and development team as well as working on the letting and sale of office and industrial property for private and corporate clients. He provides regeneration and development advice to development companies and to institutions with land holdings in the East Midlands. Operating primarily in the industrial, office and retail sectors, he takes a hands-on approach with clients in order to share his close knowledge of the local property market and players.

Working on the development process for Colton Square – a speculative 105,000 sq ft mixed-use office and retail scheme in Leicester city centre, resulting in a series of successful lettings – now 85% let and all to blue chip tenants.

Managing an industrial portfolio of over 200 properties for retained client Jelson Ltd, using personal knowledge of the local market to make sure buildings are let swiftly and securely, minimising voids and rate liabilities for the client.

Advising on phasing development, marketing and disposal of industrial and office projects at major Leicester business park, Meridian, enabling speculative development to be matched to the needs of the local market and reducing risk to the client.

Peter enjoys messing about in boats, with a catamaran on Rutland Water. A family man, he also loves gardening, wine and cycling.
