Nicola Watson

Providing full property management support.
Nicola joined Innes England in 2002 and over the course of the last 20 years, she has provided PA and administrative support to various teams including the former Managing Director.
Nicola currently works in the property asset management team. Her role includes collecting rent from occupiers, along with service charges and insurance, dealing with day-to-day maintenance issues and liaising with other consultants to ensure statutory compliance of properties.

Nicola loves attending festivals and often goes to the Nottingham Arena or Rock City to watch her favourite bands. Most of her spare time is also spent looking after her wonderful, but crazy working Cocker Spaniel called Milo. They enjoy long walks together, training and belong to an Agility Club, which keeps Nicola fit!
