Active support in managing a property portfolio.

Grace joined the asset management team in July 2018 while completing her MSc in Planning and Development. She is involved with a wide range of asset management tasks such as Rent Collections and Service Charge Management for our enviable client list.

Our expertise working for you

Grace's interest in property sparked when she was studying for her undergraduate degree in Sociology. She then went on to achieve her RICS-accredited Masters in December 2018, where she later became a Chartered Surveyor in May 2022.

Grace expresses a keen interest in sustainability and how this impacts the future of the industry. She is delighted to act as Innes England's 'Sustainability Champion' with a core focus on how we can support climate change, reducing our carbon footprint within our local communities.

In 2022, Grace became a committee member of WREN property network, a dedicated group for individuals and companies, in both the property and construction industry. She is also an Associate Board Member of LionHeart, the independent charity for RICS professionals, past and present, and their families.

Outside of work Grace enjoys keeping fit by running or walking her black Labrador, Rupert. Grace loves to read and always has a book in her hand.
