Commercial Valuation Surveyor - East Midlands

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking commercial and residential valuations for:
  • Loan security purposes
  • Pension Funds
  • Accounts
• Maintaining client relations
• Teamworking and cross-selling to other departments

 

Person Specification/Requirements

This applicant must satisfy the following:

• MRICS qualified
• A RICS Registered Valuer
• A minimum of 2 years Post-Qualified-Experience (PQE)
• Previous experience in conducting valuation reports
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong technical and analytical capability
• Understand the importance of care and detail, maintaining high professional standards
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• IT literate with knowledge of how to use Argus/Kel software packages 
• Hold a UK driving licence
