Innes England has provided a strategic advisory role to Westfield for the last ten years, acquiring complicated land interests facilitating key shopping centre developments at Westfield Derby and Broadmarsh Nottingham.
- Acquisition of Bradshaw Way Retail Park for a sum in excess of £10m to secure access route into Westfield Derby
- Negotiation with affected landowners and tenants outside the Broadmarsh Centre prior to the CPO generating no landowner or tenant objections to the inquiry, which was subsequently approved
