Development advice on a 64 acre site and a marketing strategy for the speculatively built Denby Hall Business Park - a joint venture between Sladen Estates and Peveril Securities.
Innes England acted as joint agent to advise on the masterplanning and market conditions for the new development. This included researching supply and demand for industrial and warehouse space within a regional context.
After looking at demand, a decision was made to speculatively construct a flagship 244,000 sq ft distribution facility known as P244. The scheme was forward funded by GE Real Estate on whose behalf we then marketed the property to find a tenant.
Two further semi-detached units of 14,000 sq ft were constructed, after securing a pre-let on one. We carried out a comprehensive marketing campaign on a local, regional and national basis to maximise exposure and awareness of the development.
- Following the involvement of GE Real Estate, a letting was achieved of P244 to Technocargo Logistics Ltd on a 15-year lease
- Lettings of two 14,000 sq ft units were secured to Derwent Displays
- Ongoing marketing of two remaining plots to provide units from 40,000 – 200,000 sq ft on a design and build basis.
