The two industrial units lie side by side within a terrace of five similar buildings. Each is constructed in brickwork to a height of 2.1m and thereafter in insulated profile steel cladding around a steel portal frame. The roof is of asbestos sheeting, incorporating Perspex rooflights that give natural lighting to the areas within. The floors are concrete and loading is facilitated to each unit by means of a roller shutter door to the front elevation that leads out onto a concrete apron for car parking and loading. Two-storey offices are constructed within the main frame of each building, accessed via a pedestrian door to the main elevation and thereafter providing open plan offices at both ground and first floor level, together the usual arrangement of kitchen and WC accommodation.
