Residential Tenant Fees
The application fee for a tenancy is a fee charged to a tenant to cover the cost of obtaining relevant references, the tenant’s side of the tenancy agreement, the tenant's part of the inventory and for registering the tenant's deposit/bond with The Dispute Service for legal protection over the period of the tenancy. If a tenant withdraws from a tenancy during the application process, Innes England reserves the right to retain part of the application fee paid dependent on the stage of the application. If you have any queries regarding residential applications, please contact a member of the asset management team on 01332 362244.
