Chris Wright

Local knowledge, valuable commercial advice.

Chris advises on acquisition, development and disposal of commercial property and land, maximising value by thinking laterally about alternative use. He started his property career with Innes England as a trainee surveyor and returned after 15 years with a wealth of expertise in property management, acting for major PLC clients. In 2007 Chris found a passion for transactional work and has since firmly embedded himself in the Derbyshire Commercial Agency and Development Markets, winning the Estates Gazette Deal Maker Competition in 2013 and 2016.
