Scott Osborne marks tenth year with property accolade

Commercial property agent, Scott Osborne, is celebrating a decade at Innes England and has had a stellar start to the year after being recognised with a prestigious industry award.

The associate director has been named ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ for Nottinghamshire in the Estates Gazette Interactive competition after completing more deals in the county than any other agent during the last 12 months.

Scott said: “In a constrained market where competition for stock is challenging, I am delighted to receive this accolade. It is not a solo effort that has helped me; but a team approach. The team at Innes England is second to none and collectively we deliver results for our clients.”

Since joining the firm ten years ago as a graduate, Scott has risen through the ranks and developed in-depth market knowledge of the region. In his role, Scott leads on commercial property and lease consultancy matters, acting on behalf of clients to dispose of and acquire new units.

Over the course of 2016, Scott led on a number of significant deals, including managing the largest single disposal in Nottinghamshire of the 154,000 sq ft Network 25. Scott also oversaw a flurry of transactions in North Nottinghamshire, once again leading the way in industrial activity.

Matthew Hannah, head of agency at Innes England, added: “This award is testament to the hard work Scott puts in throughout the year to deliver an exceptional service to his clients. He is a highly-valued member of the Agency team at Innes England.”

Throughout the East Midlands, Innes England completed more than 400 deals across the industrial, office, retail, leisure and investment sectors for its clients over the course of the year.
