Jenny Clarke

Q. Are you a regular runner?

A. Not at all! In fact I detest running but thought I would set myself a challenge.

Q. How are you honing your training?

A. I’ve been building up ‘block runs’ gradually week by week.

Q. Have you got any personal goals to beat?

A. To try and run without stopping – which is a challenge in itself for me.

Q. Why have you entered the Corporate Challenge?

A. To help the team, promote the business and push myself to do something I don’t enjoy!

Nicola Watson

Q. Are you a regular runner?

A. No, although previously I have done the 5k Race for Life and this year I did the Pretty Muddy 5k race, both of which were good fun.

Q. How are you honing your training?

A. I've been training on the treadmill, which I would not normally do when visiting the gym.

Q. Have you got any personal goals to beat?

A. I am aiming to run a nine minute mile – this will ensure that I keep up the training!

Q. Why have you entered the Corporate Challenge?

A. Even though I am only doing 1.5 miles, it is a good opportunity for team building and should be fun!
