Commercial sector specialist joins Innes England

As part of its ambitious strategy for growth, Innes England has strengthened its building consultancy team with the appointment of experienced chartered surveyor Paul Rogers as an associate director.

Paul joins Innes England from ARC Building Consultancy in Nottingham where he focussed on commercial consultancy, specifically dilapidations and exit strategies.

Paul said: “I'm excited to have the opportunity to work at Innes England as they have a great reputation and are very well respected across the East Midlands. Having previously worked for a more boutique consultancy I'm eager to work for a much larger company with a more varied selection of clients.

“I began my career in London which gave me invaluable commercial experience and I'm looking forward to joining the team and bringing this knowledge to an already exceptionally talented firm.”

Paul has more than 16 years’ experience as a chartered building surveyor in London, Northampton and Nottingham working for both private and public sector clients on schemes including the £1.3m internal fit-out of more than 30,000 sq ft of office space for Leica UK Geosystems in Milton Keynes.

During his career, Paul has also gained extensive experience in the commercial sector, acting for institutional and private investors, owner occupiers and tenants.
