A LEICESTER based hi-tech company has relocated to Leicester’s most prestigious business addresses, One Colton Square.
Innes England secured the 6,000 sq ft lease with Synety. The opportunity arose following the decision by accountancy firm PKF Cooper Parry to relocate to its new ‘super office’ at East Midlands Airport.
Synety is a software business specialising in cloud technology. The firm has moved to its new offices at Colton Square Business Park on a three year lease relocating from its previous location at Phoenix Square.
Mark Seemann, CEO of Synety, said: “We are incredibly pleased to announce our move to One Colton Square as we believe that it provides the right environment for our continually expanding team to thrive. Furthermore, it will allow us to continue to enhance our ability to offer our customers the highest levels of customer service and support possible. The location at One Colton Square aims to accommodate the next phase of growth and, more importantly, allows for further expansion in the coming years.”
Peter Doleman, director at Innes England’s Leicester office said: “Colton Square offers a unique opportunity for corporates and professionals to locate to the city’s most prestigious and effective commercial address. As this letting demonstrates, it is a testament to the dynamic development and strategic location in the heart of a local community that Colton Square continues to prosper.”
Colton Square is the cornerstone of Leicester’s dramatic Business Quarter renaissance. A unique development, it represents the fusion of the listed former police station on Charles Street with striking high profile contemporary office space. Located less than a two minute walk from the railway station, it is just 75 minutes from London, and within 20 minutes of Nottingham.
Other companies based at Colton Square include Freeths, Berkeley Insurance and Hays. All benefit from being within minutes of Highcross shopping centre.
Only four suites now remain at Colton Square ranging in size from 3,600 to 7,000 sq ft.
