More than 30 property agents from across the Midlands visited Nottingham this week to get a sneak peek at a seven-figure revamp of the city’s largest single available office floorplate.

The ground floor at Embankment House at Riverside Retail Park has undergone a £1m refurbishment after being acquired last year by Titanium Real Estate in response to the lack of high quality office accommodation in the city.

Joint agents Innes England and FHP hosted a breakfast event to showcase the newly refurbished space to property agents with clients looking for office accommodation within Nottingham.

Craig Straw, director at Innes England, said: “There is a significant lack of Grade A office space available within the Nottingham market, which has been recognised by Titanium Real Estate which has completed a speculative refurbishment of the space at Embankment House.

“This has been completed to a very high standard and we know that this space is going to be extremely attractive to potential occupiers, and that has been confirmed by a number of the regional agents we invited along to take a look who were very positive about what is on offer at Embankment House.

“This the currently the largest single available floorplate within Nottingham, set over more than 19,000sq ft, which can either be taken as one unit or split into two.

“As well as offering very high quality office accommodation within a stone’s throw of the city, Embankment House also benefits from excellent public transport links and on-site visitor parking making it a very attractive offering for potential tenants.”Nottingham-based property consultancy FHP is acting as joint agents on the scheme.
