NEW OFFICE - PROVIDING HIGH-QUALITY SERVICES WITH AN INITIAL FOCUS ON PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Our new Birmingham office within 2 Chamberlain Square, officially opened on the 1st of April 2022, which is an extremely exciting chapter for the firm. Although Innes England has had a strong presence in the West Midlands; the Birmingham office further secures a foothold in the region that has been long-awaited.

The office is headed up by Adam Rock, who has lived and worked in Birmingham for over 20 years bringing additional knowledge and experience to the business. The office has an initial focus on Professional Services and covers the full spectrum of services including valuations, landlord and tenant/lease advisory, buildings surveying and agency.

Not only have Innes England widened their geographical service area to existing clients, but we have also been appointed as panel valuers for an increasing list of clients, many of which are new to the business.
