Commercial property consultancy Innes England has been appointed to manage an iconic office building in Derby.
Innes England already acts as the letting agent on The Arc on Mallard Way, Pride Park on behalf of the landlord, Derby-based house builder Meadowview Homes.
The ground floor is fully let to international bank Handelsbanken with the first floor now available to rent.
Matt Howson, Associate Director at Innes England will be overseeing the management of the property. He said: “We’re delighted to be working with Meadowview Homes and will be providing a full range of management services, including rent collection and service charge administration.
“I’m looking forward to building strong relationships with the current and future tenants to learn more about their requirements so we can ensure that the property remains suitable for their needs.
“We value all our relationships and work hard to get to know people personally. We think it’s an important part of our service to maintain good communication through face-to-face meetings, getting out on site and being easy to contact.
“With the combined expertise of our management and agency teams, we are confident we can help the property reach its full potential so that it is an asset for both the landlord and the tenants.”
Associate Director at Innes England Chris Wright brokered the letting to Handelsbanken and is currently marketing the first-floor unit. He added: “The Arc is a striking and iconic building on Pride Park that has been finished to a high standard.
“The available 2,943 sq ft suite of offices on the first floor has 15 car parking spaces and presents an excellent opportunity for an occupier.”
A statement from Meadowview Homes said: “We’re pleased to be working with Innes England, having already built up an excellent relationship with them from their previous agency work.
“With the team’s management experience, we’re sure the property will go from strength to strength.
“Meadowview Homes used to be based at The Arc and found it to be very light and spacious and a great working space. It also has great access to the A52, M1 and Derby.”
