Our Property Asset Management Team has recently advised and overseen a new lease to a nursery tenant, based in an office block, within Birmingham.
Our Property Asset Management Team has recently advised and overseen a new lease to a nursery tenant, based in an office block, within Birmingham. We were pleased to be able to add value to the landlords usual management service.
The Nursery has sadly been closed over the last 18 months as a result of Covid-19.
We were delighted to work with the tenant to help them restructure the business to gain Ofsted approval.
We were pleased to see they opened last week with a new lease and payment terms underway, enabling them to now grow post lock-down whilst delivering value to the landlord’s interest.
