MANAGEMENT SERVICE - FIRE SAFETY - SHERWOOD PARK

Innes England's Property Asset Management Team were delighted to assist in managing the communal areas of an office block on Sherwood Park.

Innes England's team instructed a new Fire Risk Assessment of the communal areas along with a regular Fire Drill with the tenants to ensure an evacuation is clearly arranged and practiced in case of an emergency incident. With this being critical for people’s safety, being on-site and clarifying with everyone is key.  

We would like to gently remind you that it is essential for all commercial buildings to adopt these sufficient fire safety measures, and ensure continuance with the reduced occupation of properties during these times.
