Recently, the technology sector has grown rapidly and there are more up-and-coming SMEs in need of high-quality modern offices.

“The remaining space can be delivered to an excellent quality and will provide a modern working environment. We look forward to welcoming further businesses to the park and also would like to congratulate Neustro Group on all its success and its new home in Derby.”

“All of the new office space at Bradgate Park View is being built to a very high standard, offering modern office accommodation in an excellent location with on-site car parking. The site is located very closely to Derby’s major development Infinity Park, making it very attractive to growing technology and commercial firms.

“More and more businesses are struggling to find new build premises around Derbyshire, so to be able to secure a modern office, built to your own specification and located near Infinity Park is rare. The business park boasts first-rate transport links, it is easily accessible from the A50 providing direct access to the M1, and is in close proximity of Derby City Centre and East Midlands Airport too.”
