Innes England has been appointed to manage a busy retail park in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
The site is home to a number of strong covenant tenants and brands, including Home Bargains, Asda, and Farmfoods, spanning more than 23,000 sq ft of retail space. We have already begun working closely with the landlord and current tenants on the management of the retail park, with great progress having been made in what is an exciting instruction.
This marks yet another success for the management team, which offers commercial property asset management services across a wide-ranging area.
