INNES ENGLAND WINS COMMERCIAL PARK SITE IN BURTON-UPON-TRENT

Innes England, has been appointed by Lancaster Estate Management Services to provide its expert service charge management services to four plots at Lancaster Park, Needwood, Burton-upon-Trent.

Innes England began managing the site earlier in 2021, which consists of 11 industrial units and nine offices, and has already developed close relationships with the shareholders, with great progress having been made in what is an exciting instruction for the firm.

This marks yet another success for the firm’s management team, which offers commercial property asset management services across a wide-ranging area.
