INNES ENGLAND SECURES QUADRUPLE LETTING - STOUGHTON GRANGE RURAL CENTRE

We are delighted to have secured the letting of four offices to Digital Ethos at Stoughton Grange Rural Centre on behalf Co-op Property.

Digital Ethos first took occupation at Stoughton Grange Rural Centre in 2018 and has subsequently taken on additional space as part of their continued and exciting expansion plans.

Luke Tobin from Digital Ethos, commented:

"We have been tenants at Stoughton Grange for a number of years now and working with Matt Howson and the Innes England team has been great, they are so easy to work with. We've recently grown as a company and we were looking for another office space. Innes England helped us with the process, found our new space and were extremely helpful in making sure everything was ready for when we moved in."

Innes England were pleased to secure the lease within a month of the former tenant moving out.
