INNES ENGLAND PICKS UP ANOTHER 2 ACCOLADES

We are delighted to announce that Innes England has won an additional two awards by Costar UK.

A huge congratulations to Innes England's Agency & Development team, based in Derby who have been awarded the Most Active Disposal Agent within the Office category for Q1 2022 retaining the title they picked up as the most active agent for transacting the most office space during 2021.

Also huge congratulations to Nick Hosking who was recognised for the Top Office Leasing Deal across the East Midlands for Q1 2022. This reflected the successful off-market letting of Hudson House on Pride Park to global gaming operator Miniclip.
