Innes England invests in tech to enhance service

Innes England is investing heavily in the latest software to offer its clients faster and smarter solutions and has appointed leading supplier PKF Copper Parry to significantly upgrade the agent’s current IT system, and Nottingham-based Air-IT to install a state of the art phone system.

Named the Most Active Agent in the Estates Gazette poll for seven years on the trot and Agent of the Year five times in the East Midlands, Innes England continues to lead the way by constantly looking at and investing in the most up to date and efficient systems.

The enhancement in technology will bring many benefits to Innes England and its clients  including remote working – accessing systems across all devices such as iPhones and iPads enabling employees to carry ‘the office’ around in their pocket.

It will offer internet-powered video conferencing systems – reducing travel time and allowing time to be used more efficiently, and reports and presentations will be created faster and in the latest formats.

Tim Garratt, who has recently become MD at Innes England said: “We pride ourselves on keeping ahead of the game and it’s important to us as a firm to be fit for the future, which is why we have decided to upgrade our IT and phone systems – both vital tools of our trade.

“It is often said that our key asset as a business is our people, that is true, but our data and systems are critical too. We are looking closely at working practices moving forward as the way in which people work is changing all the time which is why we are utilising the latest technology to make agile working a reality.

“This investment is part of a bigger strategic move for us as we move away from the shackle of a physical office and into working wherever and whenever the need arises. I’m pleased to be working with PKF Cooper Parry and Air-IT who are assisting us to be even more flexible and mobile for the benefit of our clients in 2015 and beyond.”

Victoria Dytrych, IT director at Cooper Parry said: “We were delighted to assist Innes England with their IT upgrade.

“In moving to the Cloud, the firm are able to provide a more flexible and adaptable workplace with staff being able to access their data anywhere in the world.

“The new system will enable Innes England to use the most up to date programmes, without additional cost, allowing them to focus their resource to providing the best client services.”
