Professional Services team welcomes Lydia

Midlands property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its Professional Services team with the appointment of Lydia Tatar as a Surveyor

Lydia graduated with a First-Class degree from Nottingham Trent University and is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors after passing her Assessment of Professional Competence last year. She has also gained experience at Lambert Smith Hampton, Petchey Holdings and Nottingham City Council.  

Innes England, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, continues to expand its team across the region as part of an ambitious strategy for growth.

Lydia said: ‘Innes England has a great reputation and I’m delighted to be working with such a talented team.

‘I’ll be focusing on landlord and tenant matters and am really excited by this opportunity to further my career.’
