Our building consultancy team are delighted to be working alongside Norwest Industrial Roofing Limited, at the Buoyant Upholstery Limited site in Nelson, valued at £260,000.00
We recently completed a roof condition survey that considered the options for repair and included recommendations as well as budget costs.
We were then appointed to obtain tenders and to provide project management services for the over-cladding of a furniture production warehouse.
We were pleased to help provide our client with advice on the most cost-effective options whilst protecting their investment and complying with all relevant legislation.
The site was set up in late July 2021 with competition planned for early October. The project has now recently completed - far earlier than expected and on budget.
