ATS Global lands at Derby business park
Weston House at Bradgate Park View in Chellaston is now fully let following a deal overseen by property consultancy Innes England.
Applied Tech Systems Ltd, part of ATS Global, has agreed terms on some 2,600 sq ft of ground floor space at the popular business park, relocating its entire Derby operation from the nearby Pride Park.
Bradgate Park View is strategically located alongside Junction 3 of the A50, providing direct access to the M1 via Junction 24 and 24A and the A38 just 5.5 miles to the west at J4 of the A50.
Kevin Partington, managing director of the UK division, said: “We have been looking to relocate our Derby office and Bradgate Park View really is the perfect fit for us.
“As well as offering us really high quality, modern space, the location is great with easy access to the motorway and Chellaston within very easy reach for our staff.”

ATS has relocated its entire 30-strong Derby operation to Weston House, which is located within close proximity of the entrance to Infinity Park --Derby’s new 250-acre development which will be a dedicated home to the hi-tech and knowledge-intensive sectors.

ATS were drawn to the location due the quality of the product on offer and the site’s excellent accessibility, being situated on J3 of the A50, just a short drive to J24a of the M1 and East Midlands Airport. Chellaston district centre and all of its amenities are also just a short distance away.
“We are very positive about this site as an office location which is endorsed by full occupancy levels, and a further 7,500 sq ft under construction, which is due to complete later this year, with encouraging levels of early interest. We also have a further phase capable of providing up to 20,000 sq ft.”
