Graduate Surveyor – Professional Services (Fixed term contract - 12 months)

We've been investing in young talent in the East Midlands for over 25 years - giving graduates a unique balance of support and freedom to learn and grow. We're proud of our track record in developing graduates, with almost 90% passing their APC first time.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience within our Professional Services team. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is preparing to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.

This is an entry-level role for a fixed term of 12 months, where the successful candidate will work closely with directors and senior chartered surveyors, inspecting, researching, valuing and advising on a wide range of residential and commercial property.

The successful candidate will be supported to work towards Chartered status by our dedicated APC Counsellor and regular opportunities to rotate across departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with accurate measured inspections
  • Taking photographs of properties and premises
  • Lease appraisals
  • Varied aspects of research and report writing

You will be a recent graduate - or about to graduate this summer with a good, relevant, RICS-accredited degree. Ideally, you will also have gained some practical work experience in commercial surveying. You'll be energetic with strong interpersonal skills and a good standard of English and Maths.

Based in Leicester, you'll be expected to travel across the region and you must have a valid UK driving licence.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, a varied workload in a vibrant, sociable work environment and an excellent opportunity to further your career.

To apply, send your CV with a covering letter explaining why you want to work at Innes England to Alicia Rudzka
