We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is preparing to qualify as Chartered Surveyors. You will be a recent graduate - with a good, relevant, RICS-accredited degree. Ideally, you will also have gained some practical work experience in commercial surveying. You'll be energetic with strong interpersonal skills and a good standard of English and Maths.
The successful candidate will be supported to work towards Chartered status by our dedicated APC Counsellor and regular opportunities to rotate across departments.
Graduate Surveyor – Agency
This is an entry-level role, where the successful candidate will work closely with directors and senior chartered surveyors, acquiring, selling and letting a range of commercial property.
Key responsibilities include
- Preparing sales details and property descriptions
- Taking photographs of properties and premises
- Accompanying potential tenants/buyers on viewings
- Taking accurate measurements of sites and premises
You'll be energetic, keen to succeed with good interpersonal skills.
The role is based in Leicester. You will be expected to travel across the region and you must have a valid UK driving licence.
