Working in a development monitoring role on behalf of tenant Midland Aerospace to supervise the progress of their office fit-out, ensuring works were being completed to the required standards and specification and within the expected time frame.

Supervising relocations

Acting as project manager for TDX Group’s relocation to city centre offices, making sure the project was delivered on time and to budget and successfully reducing their dilapidation claim on their previous premises through negotiation.

Handling dilapidations

Preparing a schedule of dilapidations claim for a private landlord client to serve on the outgoing tenant, agreeing a settlement claim on behalf of the landlord of 85% of the original claim.

Helping you make informed decisions

Helping an educational institution make an informed decision about purchasing an industrial unit by preparing a pre-acquisition condition survey report, providing the client with key information and costs.

Acting as party wall surveyor for a private client, managing the process and risks throughout a new-build construction project and ensuring the client’s property interests were protected throughout.
