Innes England re-instructed to market prime residential development site

The Nottinghamshire County Council depot on Rolleston Drive in Arnold has come back to the market. Originally marketed four years ago the disposal was put on hold pending a review of potential other needs within the Authority. That review has now concluded that the site is surplus and so can be offered for sale in the open market.
