As soon as we are appointed, a Director will be dedicated to the project from the start. Day-to-day work is undertaken by our team of qualified Surveyors.

Property management is a complex mix of relationship management, legal know how, building construction knowledge, organisational skills and good old fashioned, 'roll your sleeves up' graft. It is our ability to combine all these attributes which enhances the value of our clients' property portfolio.
Hands-on and pro-active, we don't manage property remotely - we believe regular inspection is critical. Viewing and understanding the different traits of a property we look after is pivotal to us maximising efficiencies and values.
We are passionate, inquisitive and tenacious about the buildings we look after. In developing long-term relationships, our attention to detail is unrivalled. We work with over 140 clients, manage 1300 tenants, collect over £15m in rent annually and administer £2.3m of service charges. This is what gives us the edge.
