Tim Garratt BSc FRICS Director
Professional Experience
I head up the asset management team in the Nottingham office, where I deal with landlord and tenant work, investment market buying and selling property for clients and also working assets in the interim period to add value. I have specific experience in dealing with dilapidation claims, since I originally trained as an architectural technician and spent my early professional life dealing with building defects.
Over the last 15 years I have generally been involved in assisting both further and higher education establishments with their estate matters.

Interests I am an England Squash Level 2 Coach and coach regularly at Nottingham Squash Club. I also have an interest in architecture and try to spend as much time as possible in New York when not working. In addition to my other various hobbies, I am chairman of the Abel Collins Almshouses in Nottingham and a trustee of Princes House, a charitable organisation that provides discount commercial premises for other charities.
