Professional Experience
As Head of Retail, Leisure and Roadside I take direct responsibility for the firm’s activities within this sector. Based in Nottingham, I work with many of our retained clients including Multiyork Furniture (62 shops), Pendragon Motor Group (£5bn turnover and 230 dealerships), Westfield Shoppingtowns, Local Shopping REIT, The Co-operative Group and National Grid Properties. These are clients who retain Innes England as consultants as we undertake a wide range of services to include rent reviews, dilapidations, rating and management of third party income portfolios.

My relevant experience includes high street, roadside, edge-of-centre and out-of-centre retailing. The disposal of sites for regeneration to include mixed use and residential as well as land assembly for major retail redevelopments are core areas of my expertise. In addition to organising and coordinating the retail group’s activities, I also chair the marketing group.

Before joining Innes England I worked as an Associate Partner in the retail and leisure department at Knight Frank, London.

Interests
I enjoy supporting my family in their various activities, as well as my local community. Having managed the village junior football team, I am now head coach of the Under 13’s and a qualified junior referee at Nottingham RFC. I recently undertook the 4 Peaks in 48 hours charity event for Wooden Spoon and am looking forward to my next challenge, the Coast 2 Coast cycle ride.
