Professional Experience I joined the company in 2002 and I now manage the business space agency team looking after development and consultancy in the Nottingham office. Leading a team of eight, I advise landowners, developers and corporate occupiers on all aspects of commercial property acquisitions and disposals. We are involved in a broad spectrum of work, from advising local occupiers on the disposal of surplus space to working with national developers and property funds on some of the region’s largest regeneration schemes. From a broad base of experience I have specialised in industrial and office agency and development consultancy for the majority of my career. However in the late 1990s, I spent five years working in London for a UK-based international corporate as part of their worldwide real estate team becoming responsible for the UK property team.
