Innes England’s Leicester agency team has let Readson House, a substantial four storey office premises on Regent Road in the centre of Leicester.

The prominent city centre office block has been fully let over 10 years to the University of Leicester.

The 14,800 sq ft site provides open plan accommodation together with a passenger lift to all floors, disabled access and onsite parking.


The University of Leicester is a leading UK university that delivers high quality research and inspirational teaching. The University is the Times Higher Education’s University of the Year for 2008-9 and is ranked 15th out of over 120 universities and features prominently amongst the world’s top 200 institutions. The University recently announced a £1 billion Development Framework Plan- amongst the biggest in the sector-and this new investment will enable the University to deliver on its ambitious strategic development plan.
