Nottinghamshire-based Blueprint has attracted one of the country's leading training providers to one of the units on Oakham Business Park owned by Blueprint.

In a deal brokered by Innes England, the detached industrial/warehouse premises extending to 14,700 sq ft with 2 loading doors and 2 storey offices have been let on a flexible three year term with the option to extend this to five years.
