Chartered Building Surveyor (Building Consultancy, Nottingham)

Following the continued success of the building consultancy team at Innes England, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a chartered building surveyor with three / four years post MRICS qualification experience to join the team to help deliver an increasing workload.

Innes England is seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic building surveyor with commercial experience in the private sector, be client focused and have good interpersonal and business development skills.

The successful applicant will have experience in all aspects of building surveying with a proven ability to deliver a broad range of services including dilapidations, design and contract administration, and pre-acquisition and building surveys.

The role will offer a varied workload and an excellent opportunity to further your career.

You will be based at our Nottingham office but will be required to support our other two offices in Derby and Leicester.

Graduate Surveyor OR Qualified Surveyor (Asset Management, Derby)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a surveyor (we will consider graduate or fully qualified) to work in our asset management team. This is a wide and varied role encompassing all aspects of commercial surveying, including rent reviews and lease renewals along with other general property management advice and work.

You will have a relevant degree and be taking steps to become a chartered surveyor or may already be fully qualified with the RICS. A full driving licence is essential.

This is an important position and you will be an energetic and enthusiastic person with commercial experience, be client focused and have good interpersonal skills.

The role will be based at our Derby office but may be required to support our other offices in Leicester and Nottingham.

Marketing Manager (East Midlands)

Innes England is recruiting a marketing manager offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to enhance their career within an established and growing business.

Working across the three offices of Derby, Leicester and Nottingham the marketing manager will be key in leading both digital and offline activity utilising a variety of marketing channels including events, PR, web, social media and e-communications.

You will be responsible for the company’s overall brand and will contribute to the wider marketing strategy and development. You will manage external marketing partners including retained PR, design and online agencies to create marketing campaigns of the highest standard.

Candidates will have extensive multi-channel marketing experience – ideally gained within the B2B arena. Supplier management experience is also essential along with a confident manner and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
