Qualified surveyor (Professional Services / Asset Management, Derby)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to work across our professional services and asset management team for a major client. This is a wide and varied role encompassing all aspects of commercial surveying, including rent reviews and lease renewals along with other general property management advice and work.

You will be a fully qualified RICS chartered surveyor and have practical experience in professional surveying/commercial agency. A full driving licence is essential.

This is an important position and you will be an energetic and enthusiastic person with commercial experience, be client focused and have good interpersonal skills.

The role will be based at our Derby office but may be required to support our other offices in Leicester and Nottingham.

Graduate or Placement Surveyor (Professional Services, Nottingham)

Due to the continuing progression and success of our professional services department, a new graduate position has arisen.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and intelligent individual with good communication and team working skills.

Working alongside a team of highly experienced chartered surveyors, you will work on interesting instructions varying in both subject matter and geographical location, reflecting our wide-ranging client base and offering broad experience.

The role will encompass valuation, dilapidations and Landlord & Tenant work with scope to broaden into wider areas of commercial surveying.

The successful applicant will have completed, or be close to completing, a relevant degree (2:1 or above) although that need not necessarily be a vocational estate management qualification. A full driving licence is essential.

Applicants aiming at RICS qualification will be assured by the fact that that Innes England has a strong track record in successfully supporting graduates through the APC scheme.

You will be based at our Nottingham office but will be required to support our other two offices in Derby and Leicester.
